How do I cancel a booking?
From the Bookings tab in the app, tap the booking and choose Cancel. You can cancel up to 2 hours before the slot.
A vendor didn’t show up. What do I do?
Email support@timelyo.in with your booking code (TM-XXXXX). We cover your ride to the next closest open shop.
How do I change my phone number?
Email support@timelyo.in from the address tied to your account. We verify and migrate within 48 hours.
Is my data sold?
No. See the privacy policy.
Why isn’t my city live yet?
V1 is Pune-only. We open the next city when Pune feels boringly reliable. Watch the cities page.
